Season 4: Embodied Life OS

Archive note: this season plan belongs to the retired village/avatar product branch. Treat it as historical planning context only.

Theme

Archived embodiment branch superseded by the guardian workspace direction.

Why this season matters

Historically this season explored whether Seraph should become a companion-world product with heavy ambient embodiment. That bet is retired; the moat now centers on guardian visibility, memory, operator control, and presence.

Win condition

The surviving lesson is that Seraph should still feel distinct and stateful, but through guardian presence, runtime telemetry, and a dense workspace rather than an avatar, village, or ritual shell.

Batches

Exit criteria

  • ambient embodiment is tied to real signals and outcomes
  • the live guardian workspace stays more useful than ornamental
  • Seraph feels uniquely alive, not merely themed
