Why this section matters competitively​

OpenClaw and Hermes become more valuable as their skills, integrations, and operating patterns compound. Seraph needs that leverage too, but in service of the guardian product rather than as a generic plugin farm.

Current state in Seraph​

  • MCP integration exists
  • recursive delegation exists behind a flag
  • workflow composition is still immature
  • community and ecosystem leverage are still early

Target end state​

Seraph compounds through reusable skills, workflows, integrations, and structured leverage layers that extend the guardian without overwhelming the core experience.
