Move Seraph from a powerful local app to a daily companion with real-world presence.

Why this season follows Season 1​

Presence only matters if the underlying runtime is worth trusting. Once the execution and safety foundation is stronger, Seraph can expand outward into the user's daily environment.

Win condition​

By the end of this season, Seraph should have at least one native-feeling local surface, at least one external communication channel, and better ambient delivery behavior across the day.

  • the groundwork is set for deeper memory and embodiment work
