Status On develop
- Workstream 06 is only partially shipped on
develop.
Goal
Make Seraph feel like a true life operating system instead of a chat app wearing a skin.
Shipped On develop
- village UI exists
- quest log exists
- avatar exists
- ambient indicator and nudge presentation exist
- goal management UI exists
- interruption mode UI exists
Working On Now
- no active implementation yet; major embodiment work starts after earlier reliability and guardian work
Still To Do On develop
- connect avatar behavior to real user and guardian state
- add richer dashboards, rituals, and review surfaces
- add dynamic panels or canvas-style outputs where they improve clarity
- tie visible world change to real-life progress without turning the product into shallow gamification
