Workstream 04: Presence And Reach

Status On develop​

  • Workstream 04 is only partially shipped on develop.

Goal​

Make Seraph reachable outside a browser tab and present throughout the day.

Shipped On develop​

  • browser-based product experience exists
  • WebSocket session flow exists
  • proactive delivery inside the current product exists
  • native macOS observer daemon exists
  • ambient and nudge surfaces already exist inside the current UI

Working On Now​

  • no active implementation yet; this workstream starts after the current trust/capability work closes enough risk

Still To Do On develop​

  • add a native-feeling desktop shell, tray presence, and system notifications
  • add at least one external messaging channel
  • support cross-surface session continuity
  • improve delivery surfaces so Seraph is useful outside the active browser UI

Acceptance Checklist​

  • Seraph can be launched and kept present as a local app
  • proactive messages can reach the user outside the browser tab
  • channel and local sessions map cleanly into one experience
