Move from retrieval and fixed heuristics toward a richer model of the human and better long-horizon interventions.

Working On Now​

  • no active implementation yet; deeper guardian-model work starts after the runtime is more credible

  • define a richer human world model for people, commitments, projects, and patterns
  • deepen observer signals and state inference
  • track intervention outcomes and build a learning loop
  • add stronger decision support, mistake prevention, and weekly strategy behaviors

Acceptance Checklist​

  • Seraph maintains richer long-term human context than summarize/embed/retrieve alone
  • intervention quality improves using prior outcomes and patterns
  • strategist behavior is meaningfully more adaptive than today
