Status On develop​

  • Workstream 07 is only partially shipped on develop.

Goal​

Compound Seraph through reusable extensions, workflows, and integrations without losing product clarity or trust.

Shipped On develop​

  • SKILL.md support exists
  • MCP integration exists
  • recursive delegation foundations exist behind a flag

Working On Now​

  • no active implementation yet; broader ecosystem work stays behind trust, execution, and runtime credibility

Still To Do On develop​

  • improve workflow composition and reusable execution patterns
  • improve MCP and integration ergonomics
  • make multi-agent leverage easier to evaluate and debug
  • define extension paths that can scale without turning Seraph into a generic plugin farm

Acceptance Checklist​

  • useful workflows and extensions are composable and understandable
  • integrations add leverage without weakening trust boundaries
  • ecosystem growth reinforces the guardian product instead of diluting it
