Intent​

Increase the depth and usefulness of observer signals that feed guardian reasoning.

  • richer contextual signals over time

  • invasive surveillance or unlimited signal collection

  • deepen observer signal processing and pattern extraction
  • improve the bridge from observation to strategist context

Acceptance criteria​

  • Seraph can reason over more meaningful behavioral context than today

Dependencies on earlier batches​

  • depends on S3-B1 giving the observer somewhere richer to write into

  • privacy and noise management become more important as signal depth increases
